Shipping & Delivery

We collaborate with trusted third-party printers and framers in New Zealand and Australia to ensure the reliable delivery of high-quality artwork.

Unframed prints are shipped within 7-8 business days from the date of Order.

Framed prints require additional time because of the custom framing process. Depending on the size and quantity of your artwork, please expect 7 to 10 business days for production and dispatch by our expert printers and framers.

As The Cosy Notes Studio relies on external logistics and shipping providers to deliver products, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@thecosynotes.com.

All original one-off artwork, including mixed media collages, paintings and signed limited editions, is shipped directly from The Cosy Notes Studio in Snells Beach, Auckland, NZ.

Please allow between 3 and 7 business days for the original artwork to be delivered to New Zealand addresses.

Please allow between 7-10 business days for shipping and delivery to Australian addresses.on text goes here

If you receive a product you believe is faulty or damaged, you must inform The Cosy Notes Studio in writing within 24 hours of receiving it. The product must be returned and received by The Cosy Notes Studio within 7 days of your notification.

If you do not inform The Cosy Notes Studio within this timeframe, it will be assumed that you accept the product as free of any damage. All returned items will be inspected by The Cosy Notes Studio before any exchanges or refunds are issued. Additionally, to the extent permitted by law, refunds will not be given for defects that could reasonably be fixed.

To be fully eligible for an exchange or return, you must:

• Send an email to hello@thecosynotes.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your request and reason for the return, and any photographs of the damage.

• Return the product in the condition it was delivered (without additional damage) along with any certificates and documentation within 7 days for customers in New Zealand and Australia.

• Return the product along with the original invoice that identifies the order.

Your order is expertly packaged in sturdy, protective packaging by our expert printers/framers. All shipping includes tracking and insurance.

If you order multiple items, our printing and framing partners will combine them into a single shipment to lower shipping costs and ensure faster delivery. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the size of the largest item in the package.
